Uber Ads is a fast-growing business. Started about 4 years ago, we've publicly stated it will exceed over a billion dollars this year. With Uber Ads on Eats, eaters discover exciting new dining experiences in the Uber Eats app, and restaurants grow their customer base and business. Our journey ads bring to life ads experiences to our Uber riders.

As a 0 to 1 product, you will shape the vision for this new business and bring the product to life. You will operate quickly in a fast-paced, startup environment.

What You'll Do

You'll be leading the Advertiser Experience team. You will own 'Ads Manager' - all advertiser-oriented ads configuration, management and reporting products. You'll consider how to simplify complex configuration and setup for small advertisers, and how to provide more configuration levers and nuanced attribution for large advertisers. You will lead a team of talented product managers who will oversee this complex and strategically important area.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them -- and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplishedMinimum 4+ years of management experience leading a team of product managers.Passionate about building businesses, not features. Entrepreneurial experience building and leading businesses, including ownership and optimization of business performance metricsExperience with SMB and Enterprise business products.Experience working cross functionally with engineers, designers and data scientists.You tackle complex product challenges and simplify themGood executive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with AdsExperience working in both small entrepreneurial companies as well as larger companies.Computer science or STEM undergraduate degree or equivalentMBA or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$239,000 per year - USD$265,500 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$239,000 per year - USD$265,500 per year.
