Description:

Manager of Technology Cloud Architecture to lead our engineering team in designing and implementing cutting-edge cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud. This pivotal role demands a robust technical background in cloud architecture, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure cloud infrastructure. The Manager will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud computing solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. They must demonstrate expertise in cloud technologies and a proven track record in managing cloud architecture within a dynamic environment. Crucially, this role is instrumental in ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of critical technology systems supporting the organization's clinical, administrative, and operational functions. The Cloud Architecture Manager will shape our cloud environment, making informed decisions, and ensuring efficient and secure cloud environment. The position is a hybrid work arrangement, balancing remote work with necessary onsite presence to effectively manage our technology needs. Developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports is also key to success in this role.

Qualifications:

At least 13 years' experience in a role leading a technology team, with project management skills, tools and processes.

Experience interfacing with, and presenting, to Senior Leaders/Executives.

Experience developing metrics & KPI's.

Experience leading cross-functional teams (including those that may not be direct reports).

Experience coaching/mentoring less experienced employees.

Prefer experience with Management Information Systems, Training Program Management, Process Management and experience working with organizational change initiatives, or implementation of enterprise level processes.

Bachelor's degree in information technology required.
