The Legal Assistant will support our attorneys with various administrative and legal tasks. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of legal procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

    salary: $20 - $25 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities
    • Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
    • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information.
    • Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court appearances.
    • Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
    • Prepare and file legal documents with state and federal courts.
    • Handle administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and other clerical tasks as needed.
