We are building better business banking by seamlessly integrating payments and banking in one place, without the frustrations and hassles of incumbent banks.
As the Square Debit Card Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of a product that gives sellers instant access to their payment proceeds and helps them manage their spend. You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, data scientists, and other cross-functional team members to ensure that our debit card product solves sellers' pain points in a remarkable way.
You will:
Deeply understand the jobs-to-be-done of our sellers through qualitative and quantitative research, and champion their needs within Block
Drive the product roadmap and execute the delivery timelines for the work required to provide remarkable experiences for our sellers and grow the business
Use an iterative, data-driven experimental approach to product development
Influence key stakeholders throughout Block in order to align intent, resources, and prioritization
Operate cross-functionally and build strong partnerships both within Block and with external vendors to deliver excellent products and services
Foster an environment that enables the team to execute quickly while maintaining a high standard for quality
Manage the entire product life cycle from ideation, to planning, execution and launch
Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in product management
Results focus: you have a bias toward action and are comfortable driving projects forward through ambiguity
Collaboration skills: you work well with partners across the entire company to achieve strategic results
Customer empathy: you have customer empathy and experience shaping product direction based on customer needs
FinTech experience, particularly within issuing, a plus
