Location: New York, New York

BASE PAY: $18.00 per hour

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

The role calls for someone who is organized, has a great work ethic and collaborative spirit, and is eager to learn.
Full-time hours/week) during regular office hoursSupport Kering Communications projects and initiatives through meeting preparation, note-taking, project tracking, copy drafting, etc.Assist in conducting market research in support of Kering communicationsAssist with calendar management: solicit and review meeting requests, prioritize appointments, and coordinate scheduling with internal and external contactsAssist with planning, logistics, speaker management and digital coverage for various critical moments on the Kering Communications calendarLearn from hands-on experience about all stages of the planning process for events, including assisting with designing materials, liaising with vendors and venues, and providing onsite support
WHO YOU ARE
Currently obtaining bachelor's degreeFluent in English, second language a plusInterest within luxury retail/fashionOrganized and detail orientatedInnovative and creative with a desire to continuously improveExperience with communications and event planningExperience with social networking and blogging, and confidence using social media platforms, e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedInStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and oral skillsExcellent organization skillsAbility to take initiative and be a self-starterAbility to manage multiple tasksBackground in marketing/communications, public relations or events preferredExperience in Word, Excel, Outlook and Google suite of products (e.g., Sheets, Docs, Drive) essentialKnowledge of international development will be an advantage
