Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Quality Assurance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll spearhead the development and implementation of top-tier quality control programs, influencing a culture of excellence throughout our organization. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Management, customers, and suppliers), ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements, and much more."
We'll look to you for:
- Assurance that corrective/preventive actions are established, tracked, trended, and root causes eliminated,
- Managing internal audit and corrective/preventive action programs to maintain ISO and regulatory compliance,
- Conducting periodic site audits of suppliers providing key components or services,
- Ensuring conformance with customer requirements and compliance with Company and federal regulations,
- Close collaboration with Management, customers, suppliers, and Company representatives in quality initiatives,
- Management of all quality activities to ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and contractual requirements including ISO 9001:2000,
- Development and implementation of comprehensive Quality Control strategies,
- Establishment and promotion of a quality culture throughout the organization,
- Employing problem-solving techniques and establishing best practices for root cause analysis and elimination

- Degree in Engineering or related field,
- Experience or understanding of Quality Assurance or related field,
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 standards,
- Familiarity with rail industry practices and standards,
- Proven ability to lead and implement quality control programs,
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis,
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with team members, suppliers, and customers
