Our mission is to grow and add value to a new customer base, and continually test and refine tools designed to help these customers hire their first employee. If you enjoy uncovering & solving big problems, driving lean experimentation, building 0 to 1 product experiences, and making a big impact on the lives of small business owners, we'd love to hear from you.
Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Lead product discovery to uncover/deeply understand customer problems and test risky assumptions
  • Create a long-term vision and strategy that defines the big problems we can solve well with durable competitive advantage

Here's what we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of hands-on Product Management experience
  • Proven track record of building 0 to 1 products
    • Bonus: building 0 to 1 products in highly regulated categories
  • Strong product discovery skills with the ability to navigate a high degree of ambiguity
  • The intangibles: natural curiosity, grit, customer obsession, and attention to detail
  • The ability to tell a compelling story that drives alignment and inspires action
  • Strong collaboration skills; ability to build trust quickly
  • A passion for helping small businesses
