Material Handler-Warehouse
This position is onsite in Lynnfield, Massachusetts
Pay is dependent upon experience and will be between $17-19 an hour
Mon-Fri 2nd shift 3PM-11:30PM
Job Track Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse team. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing and organizing materials, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and facilitating the smooth flow of goods. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Material Handling: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper storage and organization within the warehouse.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, data entry, and coordination with other team members.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company procedures and quality standards.
Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure they meet specified standards.
Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and responsible manner.
Documentation: Complete required paperwork, including shipping labels, packing lists, and inventory documentation.
Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members, as well as logistics and production teams, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Material Handler or similar warehouse position.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Familiarity with material handling equipment and tools (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
Strong communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to [insert weight] pounds).
Stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $ $38850.
