S&P Global seeks a Compliance Lead to join the Compliance Team for the S&P Global Mobility division.

The Compliance Lead will play a vital role in a global compliance team responsible for delivering a Compliance Program for the Division that is efficient and effective.

The key responsibilities of this role include providing compliance advisory services, education & training, reporting on compliance developments, and participating in reviews and investigations.

The ideal candidate should possess technical knowledge, build strong relationships, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

This role will report directly to the Global Head of Compliance, S&P Global Commodity Insights.

Responsibilities and Impact:

You will:

  • Partner with the Division to implement Compliance policies and procedures
  • Provide oversight on Division's governance program
  • Offer advisory services on compliance matters
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives
  • Manage the monitoring program and regulatory obligations
  • Participate in Compliance investigations and reviews
  • Provide advice on compliance implications of new business proposals
  • Assist in covering compliance matters in other areas
  • Ensure consistency in compliance responsibilities globally

Other Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date on regulatory and Compliance developments
  • Participate in relevant Committees
  • Provide support to other Divisions and teams as needed

Impact:

This role directly influences the Compliance strategy and culture in partnership with senior leaders.

  • Work with Compliance Centers of Excellence and Risk Management leaders
  • Partner with functional areas for compliance

Compensation/Benefits Information:

Anticipated base salary range: $118,094 to $200,000. Eligible for annual incentive plan and additional benefits.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of Compliance experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business
  • Experience with global sanctions compliance program is a plus
  • Strong ethics, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
