Affiliate Marketing Manager

Introduction
iRobot is seeking a dynamic and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this newly created position, the Affiliate Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving incremental revenue growth to through strategic management and continuous optimizations of our affiliate marketing program. This person will have experience in strategy, activation, optimization and reporting of affiliate marketing channels focused on new customer acquisition.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic, acquisition, and revenue growth in alignment with overall marketing objectives for
- Work closely with affiliate media agency to develop and execute strategies and to capitalize on latest technologies and developments.
- Monitor affiliate performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Surface dependencies and blockers to cross-functional stakeholders
- Communicate insights to business stakeholders and manage expectations about budget, delivery and timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Global Marketing, E-commerce Commercial Team, Creative, and Product, to align affiliate marketing initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in affiliate marketing to inform strategy development and implementation.
- Manage the affiliate marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing affiliate programs and driving incremental revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with proficiency in reporting platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation, able to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that deliver results.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry is a plus.
