Job summary :
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile Methodologies and Agile PLM along with domain expertise in Product Development and Retirement.

This role involves overseeing project execution ensuring timely delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

- Lead project planning sessions to define scope and objectives
- Oversee all aspects of project execution ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Provide guidance and direction to project teams fostering a collaborative environment
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability
- Utilize Agile PLM tools to manage project documentation and workflows
- Conduct regular status meetings with project teams to track progress and address any issues
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Facilitate communication between team members stakeholders and management
- Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on timelines and budgets
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes


-Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Agile Methodologies and their application in project management
- Demonstrate expertise in Agile PLM tools and techniques
- Have extensive experience in Product Development and Retirement processes
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Show proficiency in risk management and problem-solving
- Display strong organizational and time management abilities
- Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a preference for advanced certifications
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Have a track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Possess strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Exhibit the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadline
