Position Specific Description

The Lead Project Manager position will represent the Customer Service Billing Solutions team on a series of cross-functional projects and will lead high-impacting projects. This role will work on projects of a diverse nature and coordinate with IT and various stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met as required. Additional tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Plan and manage assigned work activities, complete projects on time

• Develop expertise on billing systems and serve as a subject matter expert on projects

• Creates and updates documentation for all processes

• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on program direction and design

• Ensure system enhancements align with program goals and approach

• Work cross-functionally to develop rollout and communication plans

This position is based in the Revenue Management Office (RMO) in Miami.

Oversees a variety of large-scale projects of high complexityDevelops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reportsSecures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changesConducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysisIdentifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutionsProvides expert information to internal and external clients on complex issuesCreates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholdersConducts external research and stays abreast of new developments or innovative advancements pertaining to the projectProvides coaching, leadership and direction to project teamPerforms other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Grad / GEDBachelor's or Equivalent ExperienceExperience: 6+ years
Preferred Qualifications
Master's DegreeProject Management Professional (PMP)
