As a Supv IT Specialist (Division Branch Manager), MS-2210-1, your typical work assignments may include the following:
- Serves as an Agile lead overseeing the various phases product or service development, delivery and maintenance within the organization following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Supervises, evaluates and documenting work performance of assigned staff.
- Plans, organizes, direct functions, mentors, motivates, and appraises the staff of an organization.
- Manages assigned resources (i.e. budget, people, contractor, space, equipment) effectively and within the level of responsibility assigned to the position.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the BAND-MS-I level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement:
GS-5 through GS-15 (or equivalent): For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. The employing agency is responsible for identifying the specific level of proficiency required for each competency at each grade level based on the requirements of the position being filled.

4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
One year (52 Weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the NEXT LOWER BAND or GS-13/PT-III grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability to
Specialized experience is defined as experience the MS-I position require one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower band/grade PT-III/GS-13 level (or equivalent) in the Federal Service, or comparable private/public sector.
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Such experience must be IT related and is typically gained in the IT field or through the performance of work where the primary concern is IT.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
Serving as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Overseeing budget formulation, acquisition activities, and expenditure tracking. Managing contracts and contract tasking. Leading optimizations of IT products and services. Engaging with customers to ensure services are performing to and meeting customer expectations. Integrating metrics for the branch into Division and ISTS dashboards.
