We are seeking Certified Nurse Midwife (temp to perm or perm) for a well-known health care systems that serves Virginia and eastern North Carolina.

The hospital is located in a beautiful coastal southern charm town with plenty of things to do. You will be just a short drive away to waterways, woodlands, beaches of the Outer Banks and nearby big cities like Norfolk Va, Hampton Roads, and Virginia Bch. Great place to find work life balance on your time off.

We are looking for a flexible, energetic, passionate, highly motivated candidate who demonstrates strong relationship building skills, strong clinical skills and the desire to build the program. We are offering awesome compensation for your time. You will have full autonomy of births, and Physician support at all times for high-risk births.

This is a 1099 position with a very impressive compensation, and includes Lodging, Rental Car or Mileage and more

Responsibilities:

  2. Flexible Schedule
  3. Provider full scope obstetrical and well-women gynecological care in a clinical practice
  4. Rotating Call to include 7-8 days per months
  5. Hospital rounding with supportive and collaborative OB/GYN physicians
  6. Inpatient Deliveries

To Qualify for this opportunity
  • 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery necessary
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8a-5p
  • Providing full scope obstetrical and well-women gynecological care in a clinical practice
  • Hospital rounding with supportive and collaborative OB/GYN physicians
  • Inpatient Deliveries
