Your role at Exness:

You will manage and oversee all aspects of the company's payroll by working closely with different departments to increase performance and ensure smooth operation.

You will:

  • Process monthly payroll based on the various data sources and identify any irregularity in the data received.
  • Compute, file, and remit the statutory deductions and contributions in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Generate payslips, EA forms, and any payroll-related documentation or information required by the employees.
  • Assist the employees with tax-clearance procedures and any other payroll-related queries.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports or documentation as required by Finance or the management.
  • Participate in the implementation of the HR-payroll system and coordinate the updating of system data based on the latest legal and regulatory requirements.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Expertise in the statutory requirements relating to employment, such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, personal income tax, and the employee share scheme
  • Strong technical knowledge of Malaysian personal income tax and experience in personal income tax clearance
  • Experience in HR payroll system implementation
  • Goal and detail-oriented personality, including being organized and meticulous
  • Commitment to achieving goals and meeting demanding deadlines
