Responsibilities:
Assitant Designer specializing in Boys Design from product development to ensuring execution of design is followed through into production.

This position will also oversee the daily workflow and priorities of production approval process - that includes sample design evaluations, trim and fabric approvals.

Computer competencies including the ability to work in Adobe Illustrator, following design & production schedule, and teamwork.
Create CAD sketches of styles and presentations
Execute and conceptualize new ideas
Generate Design tech packs
Evaluate and process design comments on fit samples
Communicate with agents daily on approvals
Assist in the sourcing of fabrics and trims
Manage and maintain fabrics and trims library
Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task

Qualifications:
2-3 years of design experience in Children's wear
Computer savvy with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail
Comprehensive understanding of garment construction and spec
