Required Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of billing or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of general accounting practices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Associate degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Create accurate client installments and audit invoices according to lines of business.
  • Record revenue accurately by client and location.
  • Analyze revenue versus budget variances.
  • Create accurate installment and per claim invoices for assigned clients.
  • Properly allocate revenue to appropriate clients and company locations.
  • Generate and maintain department spreadsheets.
  • Maintain a system of Recurring Journal Entries to accurately defer annual, semi-annual, and quarterly revenue.
  • Key journal entries for accounting staff.
  • Maintain client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts.
  • Create monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Support the organization's quality program(s).
