Responsibilities of the Physician Team Leader (POD Leader) is to act as a resource/coach impacting clinical performance of the advance practice providers.
The leader will collaborate with advance practice providers and build a collaborative team supporting the continued growth of the Nortern Virginia Medical Group.
Qualifications include, experience with geriatric population or complex patients, active/unrestricted medical license in TX and DEA, and BC/BE.
