Responsibilities:
  • Providing medical oversight to patients in our facilities
  • Coordinating with Summit Eldercare PCPs
  • Rounding and completing required visits as per facility, Summit Eldercare, and regulatory protocols
  • Participating in daily morning IDTs
Requirements:
  • Medical degree, Geriatric specialty strongly desired
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Practice preferred
  • Two or more years working with a frail or elderly population
