The Role

Moderna is working to develop first-in-class messenger RNA (mRNA) based medicines. Our DNA and Enzyme Process Development team is driving the design, development and implementation of processes for DNA and Enzymes utilized in the production of mRNA. We are a fast-paced team within Moderna and are looking for innovative, curious, and collaborative bioprocess researchers to join us.

This role, based at Norwood, MA site, will develop, scale, and transfer new and improved purification processes for DNA and enzymes to enable our clinical and commercial supply. The candidate will be expected to collaborate with other development scientists/engineers to execute and analyze experiments, define process development strategies, define manufacturing purification processes, and establish process parameters.
