tenens position in Medford, OR, to deliver exceptional outpatient primary care.
In this role, you will see 10 to 15 patients daily, with appointment times
ranging from 30 to 60 minutes. You will be supported by a comprehensive care
team, including a health coach, to provide holistic, patient-centered care that
goes beyond the fragmented, specialist-driven approach of today's healthcare
system.

Compensation: $ $100.00 Per Hour
Requirements:
Activeand unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state
of Oregon.Current
certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC, AANP, or relevant certifying
body.Current
certification as a Physician Assistant by the NCCPA.DEA
registration and state prescriptive authority.Graduation
from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.Previous
experience in primary care, family medicine, or a related field is preferred.BLS
certification.
