Job Description

RPI Consultants seeks a WFM Principal Consultant with extensive experience in the Infor Workforce Management product to join our growing Infor WFM Practice. This position is responsible to lead and support full cycle implementations of Infor Workforce Management, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, system analysis, system design and configuration, integrations, training and post live support. Application architect will work with the RPI WFM and PMO teams to continuously improve and promote leading practices, delivery methodology, project delivery, solution integrations, and value add services as well as support company marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Deliver on time and on project budgetServe as the product SME with regard to Integrations with Infor's Cloud suite and like products on the marketAct as lead consultant in application architecture, design, configuration and deployment, and rollout of Infor WFM Suite including Time & Attendance, MVS, and all submodules and related functionalityAct as the primary liaison with Infor Support, R&D, and Cloud where necessary to support product and project needsProvide practice leadership and refine delivery models to adopt leading practicesProvide audit and QA functions to ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to leading practicesProvide training, testing support, client guidance and post live supportProvide thought leadership in the Infor WFM space including delivery of presentations and creation of relevant contentServe as a mentor and coach to other consultants and colleaguesQualifications You must possess deep product knowledge and have strong customer service skills. Additionally, you have the ability to think, act and direct strategic initiatives.
