Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Hamburg, suchen wir einen Tactical Sales Force Coordinator (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
Aufgaben
- Vorbereiten und Strukturieren von neuen Themen und Entscheidungsprozessen für den Team Lead Tactical Sales Force, sowie Vorbereiten und Begleiten des Onboardings für neue Mitarbeiter, incl. der Beschaffung der benötigten Hard-und Software
- Fungieren als Ansprechpartner für diverse organisatorische und fachliche Themen betreffend des Tactical Sales Force Teams, sowie Best Practice Sharing zur Verbesserung der Abläufe
- Betreuen und Begleiten von übergeordneten Teilprozessen und Projekten, sowie Aufbauen und Pflegen eines Netzwerks innerhalb der Organisation zur Gewährleistung einer optimalen Servicequalität.
- Einholen, Gestalten und Abstimmen der Kommunikationsinhalte zu sämtlichen Themen der Tactical Sales Force unter Einhaltung von internen und externen Vorgaben in Vorbereitung für den Team Lead Tactical Sales Force.
- Koordinieren der Prämien-Planung (IMPIS) und des Reportings entlang der gesamten Prozesskette in Abstimmung mit den relevanten Fachbereichen, sowie Rechnungsbearbeitung entlang der gesamten Prozesskette
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer operativen Planung zur Sicherstellung und Steuerung einer telefonischen Marktbearbeitung innerhalb der deutschen Vertriebsstruktur zur Absicherung-und dem Aufbau zusätzlicher Distributionen und Sales Volumes, mithilfe der zur Verfügung stehenden Reportings und in Absprache mit dem Team Lead Tactical Sales Force.
