$16/hr+ tips is the starting wage, average hourly wage with tips ranges from $21 to $27 p/h. Raises are given based on experience and length of employment with us. Namu serves Hawaiian food and has been in business for 14 years right here in SE Portland. Hiring for Wednesday thru Sunday night closing, (3-10pm) 35 hours a week. The position is year long, not seasonal. The job is a combo of FOH and BOH. Taking orders, cooking proteins to order, some prep, cleaning and resetting the cart.
Must be a good cook with customer service skills, able to multi task and thrive in a fast paced in environment.
Also looking for someone with a positive attitude, a real team player, who can cook food golden brown delicious and play good music during your shift.
