Description:
Tech will have to go to FedEx location to receive the package.

Then tech will head out to client location.

The technician will arrive to the building Front Desk and ask the Security Guard/Receptionist to reach out to the end user and where they would like them to wait for user to come to pick up the device.

End User will go down to collect the new device, delivery needs to be directed to the user or responsible person sent to pick up the device (NOTE:
we could encounter the situation that the technician will be escorted to the user desk).

Note 1:
Each POD request needs to have its individual Signature.

Note 2:

If user request or ask how can I set up my device please instruct them to go to Refresh-IT Nucleus page for instructions.


Note 3:

In the case the user is not available for delivery, please return the laptop to the GEODIS WH in Endicott via FedEx.
