Order Processing:
Accurately receive and verify delivery orders, ensuring all information is correct and current.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate delivery records and generate performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve delivery issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Compliance:
Ensure all delivery processes adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or a related field.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
