Duties/Responsibilities:

  • · Field management position who will oversee assigned company and customer projects and be responsible for meeting company/customer goals.
  • · Provide oversight to crews during construction on all assigned construction projects in the field.
  • · Ensuring safety compliance is a top priority.
  • · Conducting on site safety audits.
  • · Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company construction standards, processes, and procedures.
  • · Provide a positive work environment for all employees, customers, and contractors.
  • · Actively participate in the development of new ideas and processes.
