With a commitment to excellence and a focus on customer satisfaction, we're seeking a Senior Closing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless completion of sales contracts and financial transactions. As a Senior Closing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting our client's sales and finance functions by overseeing administrative tasks related to sales contracts processing and closing. Working closely with our client's community personnel, homebuyers, mortgage professionals, and title companies, you'll ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the closing process. Responsibilities
  • Input sales contracts, addendums, and change orders into computer software for meticulous tracking.
  • Thoroughly review all submitted contracts and change orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring approval signatures are in place.
  • Record customer selections into the system accurately.
  • Organize and distribute contracts and change orders, maintaining comprehensive files.
  • Manage a log to address and resolve discrepancies in contracts.
  • Assist homebuyers with mortgage-related matters, coordinating closely with title companies to schedule and resolve closing issues.
  • Provide comprehensive support and guidance to homebuyers throughout the closing process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues by liaising with various departments.
  • Collaborate with Construction and Sales departments to schedule walkthroughs and closings efficiently.
  • Schedule key/closing appointments and ensure adherence to established project goals for key/closing projections.
