We're currently looking for an outgoing, friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Manager to join our parking operations team in the Twin Cities. In this role, you'll manage a variety of office activities, oversee all communications and customer requests, handle special event parking, and ensure our customers and clients receive world-class service and support.

Interstate Parking is a rapidly growing managed parking solutions company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with approximately 550 team members operating over 450 locations with more than 85,000 parking spaces in geographic markets spanning from California to Indiana. Here's what we're looking for:

Independent, proactive, problem-solver. Outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills. Focused, organized, flexible, and detail oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills. One year of customer service experience required. High school degree required; associates degree preferred.

Here's what you'll do:

Sales and customer service:
  • Community outreach to engage new customer and create new parking solutions.
  • Sales of monthly parking, validation accounts, and prepaid event parking.
  • Resolve customer concerns and respond to requests and inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain customer data base in an effort grow sales.
  • Participate in local community and business associations.
Administrative:
  • Cash handling and bank deposit preparation.
  • Process customer payments, collection of monthly parker fees, and other receivables.
  • Process citation disputes and payments.
  • Reconcile cashier's daily shift paperwork.
  • Complete and reconcile management reports.


Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
