As a Legal Intern at Acxiom, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our proven legal professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in the legal field. We are dedicated to providing a flawless experience for our interns, ensuring that you have the resources and support necessary to excel in your role.

Internship Details:
  • Internship will begin in the Summer of 2024.
  • Internship will be located in the Conway, AR office.
  • 20-29 hours minimum during regular semesters and up to 40 hours during summer and school breaks.
  • Anticipated graduation date between December May 2026.
  • Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status).
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of legal documents.
  • Support the legal team in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and memos.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Attend meetings and take detailed notes for reference.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Law, a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Any experience with Adobe Sign, Salesforce, Jira, OneTrust, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and ease in working with individuals.
  • Confirmed characteristics: proactive, self-motivated, and highly responsible.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve optimally.
