This is a part-time, hourly role within the hospitality sector, situated in Conway, Arkansas. This position operates independently, reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager.

Compensation & Benefits:
The hourly wage for this position is $14, with payments made biweekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all public spaces, including the lobby, corridors, elevators, and restrooms, adhering to hotel standards
  • Support the housekeeping team in preparing guest rooms to meet readiness standards
  • Restock and manage housekeeping supplies efficiently
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns to the maintenance department promptly
  • Execute general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, clearing clogged drains, and maintaining outdoor areas
  • Keep maintenance storage areas organized and clean
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by management
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or maintenance is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directives
  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
