What You Will Do:

  • Implement and uphold proper procedures and quality standards for assigned projects.
  • Develop comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases based on client specifications and generate detailed reports.
  • Analyze test results, identify bugs, and assess usability through a centralized project database.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the testing process.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage test team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Oversee the implementation and execution of test plans and test cases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in the setup and teardown of test environments, facilitating smooth testing operations.
  • Drive the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of test data and documentation processes.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and training of new testing staff, leveraging your expertise to cultivate talent within the team.
  • Identify and report risks, actively participating in problem-solving and solution development.
  • Coach junior staff, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their testing capabilities and decision-making skills.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • 2-3 years of testing experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or related field preferred.
  • Professional proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.
  • Passion for video games and a solid understanding of the gaming market.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and software testing standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing detailed test plans, executing test strategies, and conducting exploratory testing.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile context.
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence is preferred.
