Responsibilities include running personal errands, maintaining an organized calendar, keeping track of important documents and managing travel arrangements.

Looking for a highly organized, motivated self-starter who is excited about helping a busy executive with the day to day details of life.

Responsibilities:

Answer the telephone.
Manage meetings and calendar.
Take notes at meetings.
Screen phone calls.
Manage documents.
Send emails Handle travel arrangements.
Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
