How You'll Make a Difference

What You'll Bring to the Role
- Craft compelling reports and dashboards that visualize data and empower sales reps and leadership to make informed decisions.
- Become the data champion, analyzing sales data, generating insights, and crafting clear reports and dashboards.
- A focus on analyzing the impact of implemented processes thru data and suggesting business process changes to maximize effectiveness (achieving goals) alongside efficiency.
- Identify areas to refine sales processes and workflows, recommending solutions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with sales leadership to analyze trends, forecast pipelines, and predict future performance with accuracy.
- Maintain data integrity across the CRM and other sales systems, ensuring a foundation for informed decisions.
- Create and maintain playbooks and training materials for sales reps.
- Ensure training and adoption on the use of visualization tools and data analytics.
- Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of various BtB sales initiatives and marketing campaigns
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback from various sources (e.g., surveys, social media, customer reviews)
- Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of our CRM system, acting as the guardian of data integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with sales reps, managers, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and communication.
- Stay updated on the latest data analysis tools and techniques, ensuring the organization leverages cutting-edge technologies.
- Translate data analysis into clear and concise presentations for all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, business intelligence, or a data-driven role
- Previous experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related field.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proven track record of analyzing sales data and generating actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, )
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
