What you get to do:

Drive profitable growth in the Finance & Accounting vertical through local sales, and continuously increase market share Drive gross profit through personal production by generating sales orders within the Finance & Accounting specialty segment of the market Accountable for meeting revenue, gross margin, and other financial objectives Oversee P&L management, budgeting, sales prospecting, client relationships, and account management Lead a team of staffing professionals in sales, recruitment, order management, and customer service for permanent and temporary placements Develop and growth the teams, ensuring productivity, accountability, and engagement Act as a brand advocate for Randstad and lead by example in production and business continuity

What you need to bring:

Minimum 8+ years of business experience with 4 years in sales, finance & accounting or business operations Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Capability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups History of leading and growing a successful team Proven track record of B2B selling and growing accounts while leading others Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
