Service Area: Multiple Cities in a Regional Assignment

The Start of Care Occupational Therapist will primarily be responsible to plan, organize, direct homecare services. Experience in physical therapy with emphasis on community health education experience. The professional physical therapist builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities. The Physical Therapist is responsible for the implementation of standards of care for physical therapy services.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist. 1-2 years of homecare experience required.
- Graduate of an occupational therapy degree program
- Current and active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Minnesota.
