Job Description:

The department of Facilities at UHealth is looking for a dedicated **Full Time Senior Shipping and Receiving Clerk** to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of shipping and receiving activities while upholding safety, quality, and compliance standards. Here are some key responsibilities:
  • Work under supervision 70% of the time and independently 30% of the time
  • Assist in off-loading deliveries and organizing received supplies
  • Handle various equipment such as Incubators, Sterilizers, Microscopes, and more
  • Verify shipment accuracy and report any discrepancies
  • Deliver materials and packages across the Medical Campus
  • Prepare packages for shipment through different carriers
  • Maintain shipping and receiving documentation
  • Participate in moving heavy items and equipment within the campus
  • Disperse supplies and assist with storage tasks
  • Essential Tier one Personnel and part of an assigned team

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer software
  • Capability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Organizational and supervisory skills
