The contractor designs develops and maintains software solutions to integrate third-party data re-formatting and packaging the data into format and packages suitable for the SiriusXM Uplink.

Duties and Responsibilities Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow data usage protocol documents and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.

Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation diagrams charts code comments and clear code. Prepares solutions by determining and designing system specifications standards and programming. Protects operations by keeping information confidential. Provides information by collecting analyzing and summarizing development and service issues. Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Information Systems or related field and or equivalent 5 years-experience building server-based systems using C C++ Python or a similar language.

Requirements and General Skills Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to pay attention to details and be organized. Ability to project a professional image
