Duties
  • The duties of this position are developmental in nature, leading to the full performance level of GS
  • Performs administrative support activities for the Architect-Engineer (A-E) Administration Section.
  • Inspect procurement and contract documents for proper formatting, grammar, and content.
  • Support the preparation of a variety of procurement and contract documents; maintain contract files. Advise (A-E) staff members of current procurement policy and regulation in regard to the A-E Contracting procurement process.
  • Utilize the automated Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS) to perform a variety of procurement functions including the payment processing of A-E Invoices.
