\t\tGeneral Purpose and Scope of Position: \r
\t\r
\t\tThe Inventory Control Clerk works directly with the production manager and customer service on customer orders. They take part in month-end inventory, close all work orders, and work with the production manager and customer service to help maintain accurate inventories.\r
\t\r
\t\t \r
\t\r

\t\tKey Skills and Abilities:

\t\t\t High School Diploma or equivalent\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t Two years experience in any of the following: inventory control, work orders, or accounts payable\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tDemonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills \r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tProficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Excel \r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t The ability to process within critical deadlines and timeframes\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t JDE experience is a plus\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t Industry experience plus\r
\t\r
\t\r
\t\t \r
\t\r

\t\t Specific Responsibilities and

Key Deliverables:
\r
\t\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t Assist the team in documenting the receipt and shipping of products.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t Assist in performing weigh master duties for the truck scales.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t Process intercompany transfer work orders.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t Match freight invoices with the proper shipping documents and enter the freight and logistics information into JDE.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t Match the receiving documents with the OP orders and enter the product received into JDE.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t Spot and release rail cars using the Eastern Idaho Railroad website.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t Process railcar receiving documents.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t Order office and plant supplies as needed.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t Process daily work orders and inventory for general feed manufacturing. This entails input, reconciliation, and adjustments. Remove raw ingredients and adjust inventory to reconcile work orders and shipment quantities.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t Assist in the monthly physical inventory and reconciliation process.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t Assist with inventory matters.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t Train as a backup for other operational functions.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tComplete other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.\r
\t\t\t \r
\t\r
\t\r

\t\tCompensation and Benefits:

\t\t\tIn compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $ $22.82/hr. Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits. \r
