We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Infused Pre-Roll Manager to join our team and lead our infused pre-roll department.


Job Summary:
The Infused Pre-Roll Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the infused pre-roll department. This includes

ensuring product quality,

writing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),

maintaining compliance with industry best practices.


The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with infused pre-rolls, particularly botanically infused distillate pre-rolls, and will possess strong organizational and management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daytoday operations of the infused preroll department.
  • Develop, write, and implement SOPs to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products meet company standards.
  • Train and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and distribution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with infused prerolls, particularly botanically infused distillate prerolls.
  • Previous experience in a management role within the cannabis industry.
  • Strong understanding of cannabis industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Ability to write and implement detailed SOPs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Education and Experience:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in preroll production and management.

Working Conditions:

  • This position is primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
  • Must be able to work in a production environment and handle the physical demands of the job.
