Providence Office Park Portland Bldg 1-PortlandShift: DayDescriptionProvidence is calling a Senior Pre-Service Specialist who will work remotely within our footprint states, AK, CA, OR, WA, TX, NM, or MT.Under the direction of the Pre-Service Supervisor/Manager/Director, the Senior Pre-Service Specialist has a clear understanding and knowledge of all functions performed by Pre-Service.

They are responsible for, but not limited to, scheduling, Pre-Registration, estimates and collections, authorization verification and notice of admission enterprise wide - set the tone for patient experience when receiving care at PSJH.Providence caregivers are not simply valued theyre invaluable.

Required Qualifications:
H.S.

Diploma or GED6 years of Healthcare experience within Patient Access or Business office setting6 years of Epic or Similar Scheduling/Registration/Authorization SystemPreferred Qualifications:
Coursework/Training and Completion of the Revenue Cycle Certification attained upon 6 months of hire
