The Principal Product Manager role is both broad, across a business unit and deep, in terms of technical, process and continuous improvement required to run and maintain an enterprise wide service.

This role is both enterprise in nature and startup in mindset. This role works in a fast paced, evolving environment, have with constant demands for better services. It requires strong problem resolution, decision making, communication and partnering skills.

This role requires someone to be both a leader and teacher a coach as we continue to advance to cutting edge, innovative mindset, and skill-set to the organization.

It requires a leader that thrives through creating a vision, building consensus, and driving teams towards results.

You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus resource and technical constraints.

Required qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline.

Or equivalent education/experience.


8 years Progressively increasing responsibility in management level experience (project, program, product and/or people) with a focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management experience.


Preferred qualifications:


Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline.

Or equivalent education/experience

5 years Familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages: SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools.

5 years Experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations.
