As Assistant General Manager, you will direct and coordinate activities of the Front Office/Night Audit, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Banquets, partners with our Food & Beverage operations as it is a 3rd party Restaurant named Apple Blossom, and aids General Manager in overall hotel operations.

As Assistant General Manager, you will conducts weekly one-on-ones with department managers, assist with hotel staff selection and all new hire paperwork, conduct employee performance reviews, staff meetings, prepare payroll and assist with accounting related tasks

Prior hotel management experience of varying departments (2+ years) is a required, previous Hyatt hotel experience preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and highly organized, strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Salary $90,000+

Full time positions are benefits eligible including time off, travel discounts, medical and other insurance options are also available. Hotel offers free parking
