Job OverviewThe Account Executive is responsible for managing all marketing projects and jobs for the assigned Wind Creek properties from start to finish. You will be responsible for not only initiating and managing the projects, but also for anticipating the needs of the properties, and helping to proactively develop assets needed to provide all of the information guests and team members need to have a memorable experience at a Wind Creek Property. The Account Executive is a strong listener first and foremost, and an excellent communicator. The account service team understands what the properties need, and works with the marketing production teams (creative, media, communications and others) to ensure the proper assets are created, delivered, and executed flawlessly. You will often serve as mediator between the needs of the property and the limitations of the production resources, and need to prioritize accordingly. Most critically, this individual is responsible for always letting the property know both proactively and whenever requested the status and details of any marketing project for that particular property.   • Participate in regular property leadership meeting to understand upcoming needs of the assigned property or properties to ensure marketing elements can be created in a timely manner
  • Communicate to marketing production teams on a daily basis about upcoming, ongoing, and completed projects
  • Create briefs (strategy and/or creative) for jobs that clearly define job parameters, required outputs, and deadlines.
  • Properly and in a timely manner use project management software/platform to traffic projects
  • Communicate daily to both marketing production teams and property staff to ensure all parties are aware of the status of all ongoing projects
  • Participate in quarterly marketing reviews with GM of assigned properties
  • Document any issues that will impact delivery dates or budgets, identify alternative solutions or impacts, and properly notify all affected parties in a timely manner
  • Report on project performance to both property and marketing leadership on a regular basis
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent– required
  • Four (4) years managing marketing projects for multiple clients with revenues in excess of $200M annually – required
  • Four (4) years hands on experience working daily with a web-based enterprise level project management platform at an "administrator" or comparable level, preferably TeamWork – required
  • Two (2) years experience as an Account Executive or Project Manager at an advertising agency or professional services firm catering to Marketing clients – required
  • Experience initiating, executing, and reporting on a minimum of seventy-five (75) projects monthly for a Casino or Hospitality management company for a minimum of the twenty-four consecutive months immediately prior to application – required
  • Familiar with a wide array of enterprise marketing tools
  • Working knowledge and current engagement with all widely used marketing channels
  • Current experience working with advertising agencies
  • Familiar with Excellent listening and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to mediate between differing parties with different opinions to a mutually beneficial solution
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
  • Must have a valid and current State Driver's License and an insurable driving record for purposes of driving company vehicles as required
  • Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position and gaming licenses in any other jurisdiction where Wind Creek operates as may be required.
  • Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
