We are currently seeking a Product Owner to lead our implementations of Seedware for our North America seed businesses and brands.

\r

What You'll Do:
\r

  • Coordination across businesses and brands for enhancements and functionality improvements within the Seedware platform. \r
  • Serving as the focal point for commercial, IT, Supply Chain, and other related internal teams for business capabilities that exist in Seedware. \r
  • Coordinate and facilitate all needs for integrations with Seedware to enable other cross-functional capabilities critical to the sales process. \r
  • Collaborate with existing, cross functional teams that manage dependent systems and integrations that power Seedware's commercial capabilities. \r
  • Collaborate with our agronomy systems teams for dependencies on trials and management of agronomic data. \r
  • Collaborate with program management and data teams with respect to business reporting needs \r
  • Serve as our account manager for Seedware managing contracts, invoicing, and budget-related items across the scope of our commercial agreements. \r
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and systems needs associated with the businesses and brands leveraging Seedware. \r

QualificationsWhat You'll Need:
\r

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Agriculture experience preferred, but not required. \r
  • 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on data integration, indirect sales, software application lifecycle or related areas. \r
  • Experience working with Seedware or similar applications in a sales and/or distribution environment. \r
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. \r
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions. \r
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. \r
  • Experience with budget management and business planning. \r
  • Understanding of the indirect sales channel, distribution, or channel partner management. \r
  • Familiarity with data integration tools, ETL processes, and API technologies. \r
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops for tracking and managing priorities. \r
