The Product Manager, Pre-Owned will manage the Pre-Owned Tech business, including the inbound and outbound processes for Phones, Tablets, Wearables, Computers and PC accessories. They will oversee the content on the GameStop site, the customer experience in the stores, track inventory for both inbound and outbound, manage the revenue & margins for all lines, second level support for our stores and vendors related to Pre-Owned Tech, and partner with the Refurbishment team on production.


Responsibilities:

  • Product Launch & lifecycle management
  • Process documentation
  • Manage store device testing systems and vendor partner relationship
  • Vendor management for competitive market pricing data
  • Setting pricing for all Tech products to effectively manage volume and margin needs
  • Support for Online and Stores for feedback, corrective measures and escalations
  • All other ad-hoc tasks/projects that arise related to the pre-owned Tech business


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 8+ years of relevant experience
  • 5 years of progressive experience in product management roles, preferably with a focus on enterprise software solutions and merchandising retail technology
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products or features from concept to delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Ability to tackle issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • A desire to "go deep" on technical solutions and their impact on business requirements
