Our client, a growing mechanical contractor in the Charleston, SC area is looking for several Sheet Metal Mechanic employees to start immediately for a 6-12 month project with per diem included.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal components such as ductwork, HVAC systems, and roofing materials according to project specifications.
Utilize hand and power tools to cut, bend, and shape sheet metal as required.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed on-site.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic in the construction industry.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work on different construction projects as needed.
