About the Role

The Benefits Administration Services Defined Pension Analyst II provides analytic, reporting and issue support for Defined Benefit Plans.

Responsibilities

  • Executing established Defined Benefits processes and seeking guidance from Sr. Analyst.
  • Triaging, researching, and responding to "participant issues" like: eligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery)
  • Triaging and researching "system issues" to confirm adherence to requirements.
  • Reviewing benefit reports and acting as needed.
  • Reviewing payroll annuity transactions
  • Performing peer review on work completed by other peers.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Complying with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Have an aptitude for working with numbers and data for analysis for reporting.
  • Be detailed oriented and have good problem solving and issue research skills.
  • Have excellent computer skills.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $60, ,000.
