Job Description

Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

Run/manage project from start to finishOversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily basesCoordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

The Successful Applicant

Construction Superintendent must have the following:

Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial projectsEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standardsCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliersImplement and enforce safety protocols and regulationsManage project schedules and deadlinesProvide leadership and guidance to on-site teams What's on Offer
